- We were asked to provide full support for the renewal of the official e-commerce website, opening stores in multiple malls, and managing the site.
- Implementation details
- We designed and constructed a website that combines the playful spirit of their flagship product, "Black Thunder," with the high quality of their traditional "Deluxe Milk Chocolate." We also fulfilled complex requirements, such as an operational system that supports three temperature ranges (room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen) and pre-orders to coincide with events. Furthermore, we provided comprehensive support for building the foundation for the entire e-commerce business, including support for multi-channel expansion on Rakuten and Amazon, photography direction and landing page production that highlights the appeal of the products, and the creation of a flow for phone orders and corporate contacts. We also proposed seasonal products, working hand in hand with the person in charge and the e-commerce team to grow the site.
