- We were asked to create a Valentine's Day campaign website for the popular chocolate snack "Black Thunder." We were also asked to handle logistics and operations (customer support, etc.) after the website was renewed, and we provide total support from website creation to operation.
- Details of the project
- We communicated closely with the client during the short construction period, paying close attention to not compromising the design and worldview of the site. In addition to creating a site that met their requests, we also proposed a way to present the site from the customer's perspective and with consideration for operational concerns after release.
The challenge was how to absorb this into operations and allow customers to order the chocolate shipped from a refrigerated warehouse and the "ingredients" shipped from the client's warehouse without being aware that they would be sent separately, but by making full use of OMS LOGILESS, we were able to achieve smooth shipping from two locations.
