- We were asked to create and fully support the operation of the official online shopping site for women's gaming goods, "GCRESTORE."
- Details of the project
- In order to realize the client's design and usability requests, we fully customize Shopify. Also, since most access is from smartphones, we adjust the responsiveness on a pixel-by-pixel basis to ensure optimal display for each smartphone model.
To prevent mistakes in product selection, we improved usability by customizing the display and behavior of the variation selection section. After the operation started, we analyzed inquiries from users, improved the FAQ and added warnings on the cart page, which reduced ordering mistakes and inquiries.
