How to log in from a computer
We will show you how to log in to your Shopify admin page from your computer.

When you open the login screen, there is a space to enter the "Store Address", so enter the address of the store account you want to log in to. Then click the "Next" button.
If you've logged in using the same device before, you may see a store listed on the login page. If so, you can select that store and log in without having to enter any other details.
*If you have forgotten your store address, click on the "Forgot your store?" item. A space will appear to enter your email address, so send your registered email address. After sending, information will be sent to the email address you entered, so please check it.
②Enter the registered email address Next, enter the "email address" registered with Shopify. Then click the "Next" button.

What to do if you can't log in to Shopify
If you can't log in to Shopify even after following the correct procedure, it may be due to one of the four reasons we will pick up below. We will also introduce solutions, so please try them out to see if you can log in correctly.
Incorrect password
The first possible cause is that you entered the wrong password when logging in.
Have you made any careless mistakes, such as entering a different alphabet or number, or a password you use for another service? Take a careful look to make sure you're entering the correct password.
If you have more than one store on Shopify, then you might have entered a password for another store.
*If you have forgotten your password You may find yourself in a situation where you cannot log in even though you are sure you are entering the correct password, or you just can't remember your password. In that case, you will need to reset your password.
As explained in the previous chapter, to reset your password, first click on the "Forgot your password?" item on the login screen. On the next page, enter your email address and a link to reset your password will be sent to that email address. By accessing the link, you will be able to reset your password.
Old information remains in the browser
The next possible cause is that previous information remains on the browser you are trying to log in to.
If you have used Shopify before, your browser may remember your store information from that time. It may remember your past "store account", "email address", and "password". If that's the case, you may get an error when logging in, even if you enter the correct information now.
To be able to log in, clear your browser cache. If you are using Google Chrome, please refer to the following method.
1. Click the "︙" mark in the top right of the Google Chrome screen. 2. Click "More tools." 3. Click "Clear browsing history." 4. A menu titled "Clear browsing data" will appear, so set a period of time if necessary. 5. Check the "Cached images and files" item. 6. Click "Clear browsing data" to complete the cache deletion.
The management screen is down (being fixed at headquarters)
One possible cause is that a system error has occurred in Shopify, causing the admin page to crash.
Shopify publishes real-time system status on the " status.shopify " page, so check it out. If a system error is the cause, try recovering and logging in again.
However, since Shopify does not experience many problems, it is rare for the admin screen to go down due to a system error.
