- We supported the introduction of a store pickup function for Kamakura Beniya Co., Ltd., which manufactures and sells popular products such as "Kurumikko." In the future, we will be entrusted with maintenance support as well, and will handle a wide range of issues from website renovations to operational flow improvements.
- Details of the project
- We were consulted about in-store pickup functionality on Shopify, and after listening to the customer's requests and operational flow, we organized the details. Based on the content of the interview, we handled everything from selecting and setting up a store pickup app to renovating the website to accompany the app's introduction, and proposing the content of emails to be sent to customers. Because the website was built by an external vendor, we added the functionality while taking care to ensure that it did not conflict with existing functions, or that there were any inconsistencies or difficulties in understanding in the website's descriptions.
After implementing the function, we place an order for in-store pickup, visit the store to confirm the actual operation, and provide feedback to the customer.
