QDo you use generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini?

AYes, we have introduced multiple generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to improve operational efficiency and the accuracy of information gathering.
We are expanding the use cases for each job type, including proposal creation, document summarization, idea generation, and code checking.
However, we are thorough in ensuring that humans handle confidential information and quality checks, operating under the policy of "letting AI handle convenient tasks" and "having humans make decisions."

Regarding the Selection Process

QPlease tell me about your selection process.
