Working Environment
Flexible working styles to deliver results
At Commerce Media, we place importance on the independence and self-discipline of each member, allowing for flexible working styles that help you achieve results.
Many members are taking advantage of the system to carry out their work efficiently, such as by using remote work and flextime to go to medical appointments or to pick up and drop off their children.
Remote Work
The company has embraced remote work since its inception.
The company-wide required frequency of coming into the office is about 1-2 days a week. Except for the days when employees come into the office at a time that is adjusted for each department or team, employees are free to decide whether to come into the office or work remotely. Flexible working styles are possible according to family circumstances, health, etc.
* After joining the company, you will be required to come to the office for OJT for 1-3 months. * Depending on the job type and work content, there are some positions for which coming to the office is recommended (even in those cases, remote work is not completely prohibited, and you can discuss remote work if necessary).
Flextime
The working style is a flextime system, with the core time being 11:00-15:00.
As many of our members work with clients, the majority of our employees work between the hours of 9:30 and 18:30. However, they can adjust their working hours to suit their circumstances, such as staggering their start and finish times or taking time off work to pick up their children or go to the doctor.
*Flextime system will be applied after the trial period ends.
Employment status
At Commerce Media, in addition to full-time employees, we also have members working part-time, on a contract basis, and as part-time employees.
Although we expect you to make maximum commitment to your work, we also provide an environment where you can discuss the best employment type based on your individual life stage and the career you want to pursue.
*Side jobs require permission, so please consult with us in advance. *We do not accept spot contracts for each project.
In-house training
We hold training sessions by external instructors and study sessions by internal volunteers about once or twice a month.
At in-house study sessions, not only do members of the same department deepen their knowledge, but members from other departments and job types also participate, deepening mutual understanding of each other's work and enabling projects to proceed more smoothly.

- The information learned is compiled in Notion and shared within the company, and the team improves its level.
- In order to develop a user perspective, we order popular or trending products and try them out in the office (we have a Slack channel for sharing good purchases).
