Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager of Commerce Media's Production Department is an important position that involves overseeing the management of the business division from a management perspective.
You will be responsible for creating and executing actions to achieve the business division's goals, such as creating the department's profit and loss statement, budget management, recruitment, assigning appropriate members, and managing members.
This is a position that comes with responsibility, but you will have a great deal of discretion and will be able to learn about management firsthand.

Job Description
- Creating departmental P&L and budget management
- Member management (coders, designers, directors, etc., about 10 people)
- Evaluation of deliverables
- Recruitment work (interviews, considering personnel needs for the department)
Skills/Qualifications
- Experience in budget/actual management (establishing annual budgets within a department, managing monthly progress, etc.)
- Experience managing 10 or more members (management of tasks, personnel evaluation of members, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in production work (direction, design, coding, etc.) in the EC industry
- Experience with contractors and vendors
- Experience reporting to executives

Benefits
Salary/Bonus
■ Expected annual income: 7 million to 11.2 million yen
■Monthly salary: 500,000 yen to 800,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.
Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (40 hours per month: 116,900 yen to 187,000 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 40 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.
■Bonus: Once a year *Depending on company, department and individual performance (paid every year)
■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

Remote Work
・Due to the nature of the work, we recommend that you come to the office (remote work is possible as appropriate)
・For the first month after joining the company, you will be required to come to the office for on-the-job training.
Hours
Flextime system (applies after the trial period)
・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)
*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
