The mission of Commerce Media designers is to generate sales for e-commerce sites through design.

It requires skills to understand and organize the information necessary for product pages and e-commerce sites, look for selling points, and consider competitors, where the product will actually be displayed, and where buyers will view it, in order to create a "design that sells."

Our company employs members who have experience not only in web design, but also in other areas of design, such as e-commerce management and sales promotion planning, and are highly skilled in all aspects of "design + alpha."

■ Expected annual income: 4.2 million yen to 8.4 million yen
■Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 600,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 55,900 yen to 111,700 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.

Regarding remote work:
・Required frequency of attendance: At least once a week (for those who commute within a 2-hour commute)
・For the first month after joining the company, you will be required to come to the nearest office for on-the-job training.

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (1 hour break)
