App Unity is a corporate alliance operated by Feedforce, Inc., Huckleberry Inc., and Rewire Inc. that provides Shopify apps adapted to the domestic environment. Shopify evangelist and CEO of Fracta Inc., Mr. Kono, and our company CEO, Mr. Izawa, have been appointed as advisory fellows.
App Unity aims to contribute to the development of the environment surrounding Shopify in Japan through the development of new apps suited to the domestic e-commerce environment, the development of purpose-specific solution packages, the standardization of support systems for Shopify apps, the investigation and resolution of interference between apps and themes, and the proactive provision of information to the Shopify community.

We have been active since before Shopify was well known, so we have often received review requests from app development companies. From among the apps we have seen, App Unity's apps have conveyed a sincere desire to provide high-quality products to the Japanese market, which is why we decided to participate.

Shopify is gaining popularity in 175 countries around the world, and the number of merchants in Japan is also rapidly increasing. However, there are still a few issues with apps, such as the lack of domestic apps that provide features that suit domestic business practices, and the fact that investigating and resolving issues such as interference between apps or between themes and apps when multiple apps are installed places a heavy burden on business owners and support companies.
Therefore, the corporate alliance "App Unity" was established to contribute to the further spread of Shopify in Japan.
