As the third Shopify expert company in Japan, we not only create websites but also provide comprehensive support for e-commerce, including attracting customers, operations, logistics, and customer service.
For this reason, we are required to make proposals that anticipate expanding revenue and streamlining operations after the opening.

Skills/Qualifications
- Practical experience in web direction (2 years or more)
- HTML/CSS knowledge
- Knowledge of web design
- Progress management using tools (Backlog, Notion, etc.)

- Be able to respect others and be polite to them, both inside and outside the company

- Experience with Shopify
- Project management and progress management experience

Benefits
Salary/Bonus
■ Expected annual income: 4.2 million to 8.4 million yen
■Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 600,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.
Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 55,900 yen to 111,700 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.
■Bonus: Once a year *Depending on company, department and individual performance (paid every year)
■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

Remote Work
・Required frequency of attendance: At least once a week (for those who commute within a 2-hour radius)
・For the first month after joining the company, you will be required to come to the nearest office for on-the-job training.
Hours
Flextime system (applies after the trial period)
・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)
*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
