Key Responsibilities

You will be in charge of expanding the domestic sales channels for the baby brands "Poled/airluv" and baby products.

Although the proportion of e-commerce sales for our brand is very high, we also partner with retailers that have physical stores rather than D2C to maximize distribution.
Because we deal with unique products that are not yet available in Japan, we have the opportunity to witness the crucial moment in business when something goes from 0 to 1.

Poled is a Korean brand that offers baby products in a genre that has not previously been available in Japan.
As the exclusive distributor of Poled in Japan, we operate Poled products on Rakuten, Amazon, Yahoo! Shopping, and our own e-commerce site, and also distribute the product to retailers nationwide.

In 2025, we aim to further grow the brand, while also nurturing a new brand that will become our second pillar and launch a comprehensive website for baby products.
We are looking for sales team members to import new products that have not been available in Japan before, develop new products, and launch a business that will set the standard for childcare!

Job Description

You will be in charge of sales for a baby product brand together with one member from a manufacturing company who is currently promoting sales channel expansion.

■ Product proposals to existing business partners
Build trusting relationships with buyers through business negotiations.
We will introduce new products, confirm terms and conditions, and consider and propose the next promotional plan.

■ Delivery arrangements
We secure inventory from wholesalers and adjust delivery dates.

■ Participating in exhibitions, events, etc.
We will prepare for the event and set up the sales booth.

*We do not do door-to-door sales or cold calling.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Experience in new sales and corporate sales (2+ years)
  • Sales experience at manufacturers, trading companies, wholesalers, etc.
  • Ability to easily create basic documents using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (spreadsheets, etc.)

Selection Process

Benefits

Salary/Bonus

■ Expected annual income: 3.5 million yen to 6.02 million yen
■Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 430,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 46,600 yen to 80,100 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.

■Bonus: Once a year *Depending on company, department and individual performance (paid every year)
■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

(2 minutes walk from Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line)

Remote Work

・This program is for people who can come to the Tokyo head office.
・Due to the nature of the work, it is recommended that this position be performed in the office (remote work is acceptable as appropriate)
・After joining the company, you will be required to come to the Tokyo head office for on-the-job training for one month.

Hours

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)

*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
