Key Responsibilities
"Ryofu / e.trema." is a newly launched brand that sells mainly stylish miscellaneous goods and furniture from Japan and abroad.
We plan and purchase our own products and deliver them to customers through Rakuten Ichiba and our own e-commerce site.
We are looking for new members to join us in expanding our business and pioneering new markets!
As this brand is in the start-up phase, you will not be tied down to the fixed tasks of running an e-commerce site, but will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from purchasing products to sales management and store operations.
We are looking to work with people who can help us grow the brand while improving customer satisfaction.
Even if you have no experience in e-commerce, we also welcome those who have experience running a physical store and are interested in e-commerce sales!
We are currently in an important phase of building the foundations of our business.

Job Description
- Product procurement, inventory management, order management
- Sales management and analysis
- Rakuten's operation, planning and management
- Sales strategy planning and implementation
- SNS planning and posting

Skills/Qualifications
- Able to come to the Tokyo or Fukuoka office
- Experience in operating your own EC site, Rakuten Ichiba, etc. (3 years or more)
- If you have no experience in EC, you must have experience in running a brick-and-mortar store (experience as a store manager in a brick-and-mortar store is assumed)
- Experience in managing numbers (store sales management, EC sales and numbers management, inventory management, etc.)

- Those with knowledge of the interior and miscellaneous goods industry
- Experience in managing e-commerce at a manufacturer
- Experience in operating SNS (X, Instagram, etc.)
- Experience with customer support via email and chat
- Experience in sales-generating tasks such as marketing and product planning
- Experience in streamlining operations and implementing systems to improve efficiency
- Experience with image processing using tools such as Photoshop
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (website production experience)
- Product planning and development, OEM experience

Benefits
Salary/Bonus
■ Expected annual income: 4.2 million to 6.3 million yen
■Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 450,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.
Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 55,900 yen to 83,800 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.
■Bonus: Once a year *Depending on company, department and individual performance (paid every year)
■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

Remote Work
・Required frequency of attendance: At least once a week (for those who commute within a 2-hour radius)
・For the first month after joining the company, you will be required to come to the nearest office for on-the-job training.
Hours
Flextime system (applies after the trial period)
・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)
*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
