Key Responsibilities

[Labor and General Affairs Member] We welcome suggestions for streamlining and improving operations! Back office staff supporting the business expansion of EC support companies

As the third Shopify expert company in Japan, we provide comprehensive support for e-commerce, including e-commerce site creation, attracting customers to the site, operation, logistics, and customer service.
Currently, in addition to the EC support business, we are also venturing into the new field of in-house product planning and development, aiming for further growth.

The mission of this position is to strengthen the company's foundation and promote operational efficiency and improvement so that the members driving the above businesses can concentrate on their respective jobs and perform to the best of their abilities.

Job Description

◆General labor affairs

  • Various internal correspondence regarding joining and leaving the company
  • General duties related to monthly attendance and payroll calculations
  • Other new business related to labor, etc.

◆General affairs, head office operation/management, etc.

  • Support for various businesses
  • Equipment management (ordering, replenishing, etc.)
  • Mailing Management
  • Handling tasks that need to be handled in the office (office management, PC management, etc.)
  • Simple secretarial tasks such as various arrangements and schedule adjustment management

◆Privacy Mark Management Support

  • Support for preparing necessary documents
  • Support for internal correspondence, etc.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Labor experience in a business company (2 years or more)
    *Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in all aspects of annual labor management and those with experience at startup companies.
  • Willingness to take on non-labor duties, including office management
  • Experience of identifying problems and coming up with ideas to improve business operations

Selection Process

  1. Document screening

Benefits

Salary/Bonus

■ Expected annual income: 4.2 million to 6.3 million yen
■Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 450,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 55,900 yen to 83,800 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.


■Bonus: Once a year *Depending on company, department and individual performance (paid every year)
■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

◆Tokyo Head Office
Fusaka Building 3F & 6F, 3-44-11 Minamiotsuka, Toshima-ku, Tokyo
(2 minutes walk from Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line)

Remote Work

・This program is for people who can come to the Tokyo head office.
・Due to the nature of the work, this position will require working in the office as a general rule (remote work is possible as appropriate)
・After joining the company, you will be required to come to the Tokyo head office for on-the-job training for one month.

Hours

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (1 hour break)

*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
