Web/EC site designer/coder

The main part of the job involves building new sites and maintaining/updating the multiple e-commerce sites that we operate (including our main site which uses Shopify, as well as malls such as Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, and Amazon) as well as our client sites.

• Web design for EC sites, corporate sites, etc.
• Creation and improvement of landing page and advertising banners
• Coding (HTML/CSS/Javascript (jQuery))
• Site maintenance (renovation/correction of existing sites, news posting, SEO measures, etc.)

• Responsive design experience
• Practical experience in website coding using HTML/CSS
• Experience building a website from scratch (building a new website rather than updating and operating an existing website)
• Knowledge of SEO (ability to create SEO-friendly markup)
• Experience implementing JavaScript using jQuery

■ Expected annual income: 4.2 million yen to 8.4 million yen
■Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 600,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 55,900 yen to 111,700 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.

Regarding remote work:
・Required frequency of attendance: At least once a week (for those who commute within a 2-hour commute)
・For the first month after joining the company, you will be required to come to the nearest office for on-the-job training.

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)
