Key Responsibilities
The main job will be managing the in-house production team.
This is an important position that involves working in cooperation with the CTO to manage the production division with a management perspective.
Specifically, you will be responsible for creating the department's P/L and managing budgets and actual results, managing project progress and cost status, assigning appropriate members to projects, checking the validity of project estimates, and executing and managing actions to achieve the division's goals.
Although it is a position with great responsibility, it is also an extremely rewarding role that allows me to acquire a management perspective through practical experience.
Job Description
■ Management of business divisions
・Work with the CTO to manage the operations of the entire division
・Sales and budget planning and management (PL creation, budget and actual management)
■ Overall project management
・Progress management of EC site production (mainly production projects using Shopify and EC-CUBE), product quality and delivery date management
・Confirm the validity of the estimate
・Coordination with customers
■ Team Management
・Project resource optimization
・Appropriate assignment of members
・Planning recruitment for team members, conducting interviews, and considering necessary personnel
■ Client support
・Building relationships with project stakeholders through continuous communication
■ Responding to new technologies and trends
・Keep up with the latest technology and trends in the EC industry, focusing on Shopify, and reflect them in the production department
Skills/Qualifications
- Experience managing contract development departments and projects (3 years or more)
- Project management skills (progress management, resource management, quality control of deliverables, etc.)
- A general understanding of and practical experience in the production process of websites and web systems (experience in building EC sites is especially preferred)
- Experience managing a team (guiding, training, and appropriately assigning tasks to team members)
- Communication skills with customers (requirements definition, confirmation of validity of estimates, negotiations)
- Ability to work independently on projects

- Deep knowledge and experience of using EC platforms such as Shopify Plus and EC-CUBE
- Front-end or back-end engineering experience
- Experience in human resources work (drafting recruitment plans, handling interviews, etc.)
- English skills (if you are working on international projects or with overseas vendors)

Benefits
Salary/Bonus
■ Expected annual income: 5.6 million yen to 7 million yen
■Monthly salary: 400,000 yen to 500,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.
Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (40 hours per month: 93,500 yen to 116,900 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 40 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.

■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

Remote Work
・Due to the nature of the work, this position requires you to come to the office (remote work is acceptable as appropriate)
・After joining the company, you will be required to come to the Tokyo head office for on-the-job training for one month.
Hours
Flextime system (applies after the trial period)
・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)
*Working hours, reduced working hours, etc. are negotiable
