Merchandising Department - Product Planning and Manufacturing Management

We will be in charge of a full range of tasks from planning, manufacturing to sales of products that utilize IP, such as official goods for the professional basketball club "ALBA Tokyo" and the soccer club team "Elise Tokyo FC."

Up until now, our company has expanded its business by focusing on providing e-commerce support to clients (marketing, website creation, and management services).
We are currently venturing into the new field of product planning and development, and aim to achieve further growth by expanding distribution through e-commerce, which is one of our strengths.

The mission of this position is to expand this new business through product planning and lead it to success.

Commerce Media provides e-commerce management support to sports leagues and club teams that are experiencing challenges with their online shops.

Currently, the company has official partnership agreements with the professional basketball club Alvark Tokyo and the soccer club Elise Tokyo FC, and plans to analyze each team's website, operate their official online shops, and produce merchandise.

As we expand our efforts in the sports industry, we are looking for members who have experience supporting sports clubs or who are interested in supporting sports clubs.

You will be assigned to carry out tasks that are suited to your experience and skills.

• Product planning and development
• Product production progress management
• License negotiations
• Production management (production planning, process management, inventory management, etc.)
• Quality control and general improvement work
• Compliance with manufacturing laws and guidelines, and operational improvements
• Sales planning and execution (EC, sports venues)
• Sales analysis, product improvement

• MD work experience (2 years or more)

■ Expected annual income: 5.6 million yen to 9.8 million yen
■Monthly salary: 400,000 yen to 700,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 74,500 yen to 130,300 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.

Regarding remote work:
・This program is for people who can come to the Tokyo head office.
・Due to the nature of the work, we recommend that you come to the office (remote work is possible as appropriate)
・After joining the company, you will be required to come to the Tokyo head office for on-the-job training for one month.

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)

*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
