Key Responsibilities
[Background of recruitment]
We are currently strengthening our administrative department and establishing a human resources department.
Thankfully, we have been receiving many inquiries about EC support projects, and as we are also aiming to expand into new business, it is essential that we strengthen our recruitment department.
Until now, we have not had a dedicated person and have relied on external partners for assistance, but in the future we would like to create a human resources department and increase the number of people who sympathize with the future Commerce Media is aiming for and join the company.
Currently, members who handle both EC consulting and human resources are laying the foundation.
We are looking for someone to join our HR department as a founding member and help build our organization.
[Position Overview and Mission]
Our company provides comprehensive support for e-commerce, including e-commerce site creation, attracting visitors to the site, operation, logistics, and customer service.
Currently, in addition to the EC support business, we are also venturing into the new field of in-house product planning and development, aiming for further growth.
The mission of this position is to establish a human resources department and create a strong organization in order to promote the above business.
As a HR professional, you will work closely with the CEO and department heads to plan and implement optimal measures to resolve HR issues.
You will be responsible for promoting the development of the environment and organization while maintaining a management perspective.
We aspire to be the kind of organization that is spoken of in terms of "teal organization" and "psychological management."
At Commerce Media, all members maintain equal and flat relationships, and each member makes their own decisions based on a clear understanding of the organization's goals.
In today's rapidly changing world, it is not enough for a leader to be able to make decisions alone; each individual must have the ability to make decisions.
It is extremely difficult to expand our business while maintaining this organizational structure, which is not vertically hierarchical, but we are looking for people who can empathize with this organizational structure and are willing to take on the challenge of a wide range of HR work.
Job Description
In the short term, the main focus will be on recruitment, but in the future I would like to focus on human resources strategy, including organizational development and improving and implementing the evaluation system.

Benefits
Salary/Bonus
■ Expected annual income: 4.2 million yen to 7 million yen
■Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 500,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.
Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 55,900 yen to 93,100 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.
■Bonus: Once a year *Depending on company, department and individual performance (paid every year)
■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

Regarding remote work:
- This is for those who can come to the Tokyo head office.
- Due to the nature of the work, this position will require working in the office (remote work is possible as appropriate).
- After joining the company, you will be required to come to the Tokyo head office for on-the-job training for one month.
Hours
Flextime system (applies after the trial period)
・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)
*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
