This position involves identifying and implementing optimal solutions for generating sales from various angles in order to expand the EC business.

When supporting commerce media growth, we place emphasis on increasing the long-term value of the business and brand rather than short-term results.
A holistic understanding is essential to the success of an EC business, and rather than superficial consulting, optimal proposals based on an understanding of the field are required.

This job does not end with just making proposals, but also supports implementation, so it involves deep, long-term involvement with clients and seeing results through to completion - a challenging but rewarding job.
You will connect teams both inside and outside the company and lead projects with your own hands.

Responsible for leading the entire EC business growth strategy from formulation to execution.
We don't just make proposals; we communicate with stakeholders and work persistently until we get results.

• Analysis, sales improvement
• Sales strategy planning and execution

• Proposal and execution of online sales promotion and marketing
• Communication with clients and stakeholders

• Practical experience in web marketing (2 years or more)
• Work experience in the EC industry (2 years or more)
• Experience with Google Analytics 4
• Experience with Google Search Console
  

In addition to the above, two or more of the following experiences:

• Experience in advertising operations such as Google, meta, etc.
• Experience in managing SNS
• Experience using CRM and MA tools
• Knowledge of coding using HTML/CSS

• Experience in analysis, research, proposals, and other work with an improvement mindset
• Experience leading a project
• Experience in creating PL and managing budgets
• Planning and implementing promotional activities to increase sales
• Experience in operating Shopify, Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, Amazon, etc.
• Experience as a store manager of an EC site
• Experience with OMS, WMS and knowledge of EC back office
• Experience directing website production
• Experience using BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
• English Skills

■ Expected annual income: 4.2 million yen to 11.2 million yen
■Monthly salary: 300,000 yen to 800,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 55,900 yen to 148,900 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.

Regarding remote work:
・Required frequency of attendance: At least once a week (for those who commute within a 2-hour commute)
・For the first month after joining the company, you will be required to come to the nearest office for on-the-job training.

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)

*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
