E-commerce site manager

A management position that leads the team to achieve long-term goals and growth

The mission of this position is to strategically manage the entire EC Operations organization and lead the team to achieve its long-term goals and growth.
You will be responsible for creating and executing actions to achieve the division's goals, such as setting medium- to long-term team goals, managing and developing members, and managing resource allocation for projects.

It is a position that comes with responsibility, but the excitement comes from having a great deal of discretion while achieving results as part of a team or organization.

The job mainly involves management duties, however there will also be hands-on opportunities for more difficult operational projects in order to understand the situation on-site and manage projects.

• Interacting with external partners such as clients and warehouses
• Product sales operations (product registration, data management)

• Work experience in the EC industry (3 years or more)
• Experience working with clients (experience working for contract companies and vendors)
• Experience managing 10 or more members (management of tasks, personnel evaluation of members, etc.)
• Experience in budget and actual management (establishing annual budgets within departments, profit management, etc.)

• Experience as a manager of an EC division at a business company
• Experience reporting to executives
• Marketing and web production knowledge
• Experience in operating multiple EC platforms (own EC, Rakuten, Amazon, Yahoo!, etc.)

■ Expected annual income: 6.3 million to 8.4 million yen
■Monthly salary: 450,000 yen to 600,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (30 hours per month: 83,800 yen to 111,700 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 30 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.

Regarding remote work:
・This program is for people who can come to the Tokyo head office.
・Due to the nature of the work, we recommend that you come to the office (remote work is possible as appropriate)
・After joining the company, you will be required to come to the Tokyo head office for on-the-job training for one month.

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)

*Working hours and reduced working hours are negotiable
*Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours/month
