Key Responsibilities

The mission of this position is to work in the back office, developing plans in line with management policies, managing teams, and growing the entire organization.
You will be responsible for formulating medium- to long-term team plans, managing team members, developing human resources, and coordinating and managing resources for various tasks, ultimately planning and executing actions that will improve the entire organization.

Job Description

The job will primarily involve management tasks, but there will also be some hands-on involvement in progressing difficult projects and understanding and managing on-site work and tasks.

  • Head office operation management
  • Equipment management and status assessment (ordering, replenishing, etc.)
  • Understanding the operation of other general affairs tasks
  • Improving organizational workflow and creating and maintaining various regulations
  • Negotiations with various clients
  • Privacy Mark Operation
  • Understanding the overall operation of labor operations
  • Launching and managing various employee benefits programs

Skills/Qualifications

  • Back office work experience at a business company (3 years or more)
  • Management experience (experience in back office department preferred)
  • Understanding of various business operations (general affairs, labor, accounting, legal affairs, etc.)
  • Experience of identifying problems and coming up with ideas to improve business operations

Benefits

Salary/Bonus

■ Expected annual income: 6.3 million to 8.4 million yen
■Monthly salary: 450,000 yen to 600,000 yen
* Trial period: 6 months (no change in salary during trial period)
*Salary will be determined based on experience, ability, previous salary, etc. according to our company regulations.

Monthly Salary Breakdown
Basic salary + skill-based salary + fixed overtime allowance (40 hours per month: 105,200 yen to 140,200 yen)
*If the working hours exceed 40 hours per month, overtime allowance will be paid separately.


■Bonus: Once a year *Depending on company, department and individual performance (paid every year)
■ Salary increase: twice a year *Based on personnel evaluation
*The estimated annual salary includes one bonus (estimated 2 months' salary)

(2 minutes walk from Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line)

Remote Work

・This program is for people who can come to the Tokyo head office.
・Due to the nature of the work, this position will require working in the office as a general rule (remote work is possible as appropriate)
・After joining the company, you will be required to come to the Tokyo head office for on-the-job training for one month.

Hours

Flextime system (applies after the trial period)

・Core time: 11:00-15:00
・Standard working hours: 9:30-18:30 (break: 1 hour)
