What is the EC automated shipping system LOGILESS?
As the title suggests, "LOGILESS" is a cloud-based all-in-one software that allows you to manage inventory and orders for online shops all in one place.
LOGILESS is an integrated system of OMS (order management system) and WMS (warehouse management system), allowing for centralized management of orders through to shipping for multiple online shops.

The majority of domestic online shops are located in malls such as Rakuten, Yahoo! Shopping, and Amazon. As for LOGILESS, we of course collaborate with large domestic malls, but we also actively collaborate with our own site cart system.
When running an online store, order processing, shipping instructions, and email correspondence, which must be done accurately, can be automatically handled by LOGILESS through API integration. This allows multiple malls to be managed by a small number of people, contributing to a significant reduction in time and manpower.

WMS function: High-level inventory management function greatly improves the efficiency of warehouse operations, reducing shipping errors and improving shipping speed.
As mentioned above, LOGILESS is an integrated OMS/WMS system, and since the online store and warehouse use one system, there is almost no need for daily tasks such as sharing information in CSV from order to shipment, making it possible to achieve speedy shipment without errors. The WMS functions used by warehouses include many high-level functions such as a free location function that is essential for inventory management, handheld terminal compatibility (paid) that enables accurate inventory management, and multiple warehouse and external warehouse compatibility (paid) that allows centralized management even if inventory is distributed across multiple warehouses.
