Overview of Nishikai Digital Academia

"Nishikai Digital Academia" is a free online school run by Saikai City, Nagasaki Prefecture, where you can learn professional digital skills.

In today's world, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has made it necessary to conduct sales activities using the internet, and we are now in an era where companies are being asked to adapt to digitalization by promoting digital transformation (DX) and systematizing their operations.

In order to adapt to this new digital age, Nishikai Digital Academia has created the following curriculum that allows students to acquire digital knowledge in a three-stage structure: know, learn, and try.

First, the "Talk the Digital" event aims to learn about the history and current situation of digital technology, and to understand its necessity and convenience, without jumping straight into practice.

"Learn the Digital" helps you understand the current state of digital and how to actually get started by comparing specific tools and services and finding the method that suits you best.

"Try the Digital" is a study group where you can ask the instructor directly about any questions or stumbling points you have to clear up, and put into practice what you have learned and thought up to now.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, EC has come to be recognized as a necessary sales channel for retail businesses. However, EC is also a difficult field in which strategies and tactics change depending on various factors such as market conditions, number of competitors, product costs, and production volume.

In addition to building, operating and consulting on your own EC site using Shopify, Commerce Media also provides similar support to Japan's three major EC malls: Rakuten Ichiba, Amazon and Yahoo! Shopping, making them a company that can propose EC strategies that match each company from a bird's-eye view without positioning. Seeing this, they expected that we could provide a course on essential EC, and contacted us.

Therefore, our courses are aimed at those who want to have their own online store or those who want to support the setup of an e-commerce site, and we will explain specific operation methods based on an overall explanation of the industry.
